Corrections
If a licence reference, a bonus term, a payout time or a date on this site is wrong, we want to know. Corrections are read before anything else in the inbox.
It helps to include the page, the specific claim, and what it should say. Where a correction is accepted the page is updated and its check date changes with it — a page is not quietly edited and left showing an old date.
Contact address to be added before launch.
Operators
If you represent a casino covered here and something about your listing is factually wrong — a licence reference, an offer, a payout time — send the correction and the evidence for it.
Two things that will not get a reply: requests to remove an accurate review, and offers of ghostwritten copy. Nothing on this site is written by an operator.
A dispute with a casino
We cannot resolve a dispute for you
This is a review site, not a regulator and not an operator. We hold no accounts and no money, and we cannot release a withdrawal, reverse a decision or intervene with a casino on your behalf.
The route that does work runs in this order, and each step has to be exhausted before the next will look at you:
- The operator's own complaints procedure, in writing, with dates and screenshots.
- The operator's ADR provider. Post-reform Curacao licensees must provide one free of charge. Which provider it is varies by brand and is named on that casino's review.
- The Curacao Gaming Authority, once the operator and its ADR provider have failed to resolve it.
- There is no UK step after that — no Gambling Commission route and no IBAS. Why that is.
Gambling support
If you are contacting us because gambling has stopped being entertainment, please do not wait for a reply from a website. The National Gambling Helpline is free, confidential and open 24 hours a day on 0808 8020 133.
More options, including free blocking software that does cover Curacao sites, are on the responsible gambling page.
