What this site is
A publication. It reviews online casinos licensed in Curacao and explains what those licences do and do not cover for players in the UK.
- It does not offer gambling. No games are played here and no bets are placed here.
- It holds no money. There is no account, no balance and no deposit.
- It is not a regulator. We cannot license, sanction or compel any operator.
- It is not advice. Nothing here is legal, financial or tax advice, and nothing here is a recommendation that you gamble.
Who may use it
You must be 18 or over. The content is written for readers in the United Kingdom; if you are somewhere else, your own law governs what you may do and this site does not attempt to state it.

Accuracy
Every page carries the date it was last checked, and the method is set out on how I rate a casino.
Bonus terms, payout times and licence status change without notice, sometimes the day after a check. A page describes what was true when it was checked. Read the operator's own terms before you deposit — they govern, not us.
If something here is wrong, tell us. Corrections are read first.
Links to casinos
This site links out to third-party operators. Following a link takes you to a business we do not run and do not control.
- Their terms apply, not ours, from the moment you arrive.
- We are not a party to anything between you and them.
- We cannot intervene in a dispute, release a withdrawal or reverse a decision. The route that does work is on the contact page.

What we are not liable for
Stated plainly, and without the usual page of capital letters:
- Losses from gambling. Money lost at any operator is not recoverable from us.
- An operator's conduct. Including refusal to pay, account closure, or changed terms.
- Information that has gone out of date between our check and your reading.
- Third-party sites reached from links here.
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. Your statutory rights as a consumer are unaffected.

The words, ratings, illustrations and page design here are ours. Quote us — with a link — as much as you like. Do not republish pages wholesale, and do not present our ratings as your own.

Changes
These terms change when the site does. The date at the top of the page is the date of the current version, and it changes when the terms change rather than staying still while the text moves underneath it.
