What we collect
Reading this site requires no account and no sign-up. What is collected falls into three groups.
- Things your browser sends automatically. IP address, browser and device type, the page you asked for and the page you came from. Every web server receives these; they arrive whether anyone wants them or not.
- Analytics about how the site is used. Which pages are read, how long for, roughly where in the world the reader is. Aggregated, and not used to identify you.
- Anything you send us deliberately. If you email a correction, we have your email and whatever you wrote in it.
What is never collected
No payment details, no card numbers, no bank details, no gambling account credentials. This site cannot take a deposit and has no mechanism to receive one. If a page ever asks you for card details, it is not this site.
Why we collect it
Under UK GDPR every use of data needs a lawful basis. Ours are these:

Cookies and analytics
Cookies are covered in full on the cookie policy, including how to refuse or remove them. In summary: the ones needed to serve the page are set regardless, and everything else waits for your consent.
Who else sees it
Data is not sold, and it is not shared for anyone else's marketing.
It is handled by the suppliers who run the site: the hosting provider, the analytics provider, and the affiliate networks that record a click when you follow a link to a casino. Each processes it under contract and for that purpose only.
When you click through to a casino you leave this site. What that operator collects is governed by their privacy policy, not this one, and we have no control over it.

How long we keep it
- Server logs — a short rolling window, then deleted.
- Analytics — aggregated; individual records expire.
- Emails — kept while the matter is open and for a reasonable period after, then deleted.

Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can require the following, free of charge, and we must respond within one month.

Complaints
If you think your data has been handled wrongly, tell us first — it is usually a mistake and usually fixable.
You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office, the UK regulator, at ico.org.uk . You do not need our permission and you do not have to come to us first.

The data controller's legal name, registered address, contact address and ICO registration number must be stated on this page before launch. A privacy policy that does not identify its controller does not satisfy UK GDPR.
